Proactive SNMP monitoring

For WAN, LAN, server, telecommunications and wireless equipment.

Change control management

We offer a coordinated change control service for all changes impacting the network. This includes impact assessment, planning and co-ordination, event monitoring, call logging and reporting.

Configuration management

We hold and maintain network configuration details centrally. Any changes to configurations are captured by the change control management process.

Customer intranet access to management platform

We provide the customer with visibility of the network management platform to monitor their network. The customer is able to see the same top level and detailed views of the network as the service provider.

Remote monitoring

We offer a cost-effective system monitoring service that simplifies the process for managing and monitoring critical servers, including NT 4.0, Win2K, Novell, HP-UX, Solaris 2.6-2.8, and Linux. We also collect and present event log and trap information from entrenched system management platforms such as HP Insight Manager and Dell OpenManage.

We deliver a single source for network, systems, application and security monitoring / management via a single web-based dashboard. Centralised monitoring of large or small web server farms is available.
