Certification Programme Management

Intact provides full project management services for organisations wishing to achieve independent certification to ISO Standards. Following Gap Analysis, Intact prepare a detailed project plan to be agreed by your management team. All actions will have clearly defined deliverables and timescales, which will be consolidated into an integrated Continuous Service Improvement Plan (CSIP).  Once you have agreed these actions we drive the implementation programme for you to minimise the impact on your resources and to achieve certification in the required time.

Our consultants will work closely with your management team to draft policy and process documents and will develop effective controls for manuals and support documentation. A key feature of our approach is to draft as much of the documentation as possible for members of your organisation to review, rather than leaving them to begin with a blank sheet of paper.

Where Gap Analysis and Risk Assessment has identified a need we assist with the creation of additional policies, processes or controls necessary to comply with the required standards in a pragmatic and timely manner.

Intact will identify and recommend a UKAS accredited certification organisation, an assessor that is credible at all levels in your organisation and can be seen to add value during the assessment process which normally comprises two stages.  We will then manage the interface with the certification organisation throughout the implementation and assessment stages of the project.

In the first stage we work closely with the assessor in an interactive review of all documentation to ensure your organisation complies with the standards in all the relevant areas. If required, we carry out a preliminary audit to confirm that the business is ready for the next stage.

Intact will prepare and agree the audit schedule with the assessor for the second and final stage. We ensure that all your employees are briefed and prepared ready for the final assessment. We are present at all interviews and act as a guide to the assessor. Should any further improvement actions be required we will prepare an improvement action plan in association with the assessor in order for certification to be completed.
