Cisco selects Intact Integrated Services to join its Authorised Technology Provider programme for
Cisco Unified Contact Centre Enterprise
- ATP membership acknowledges Intact’s expertise in IP-based telephony and contact centre technologies
- Confirms Intact as powerful resource for Cisco channel partners looking for proven UCCE and Advanced Technology support
Intact Integrated Services, the partner-focused independent provider of international project, support and managed services solutions to the ICT industry, has been invited by Cisco to join the prestigious Authorised Technology Provider (ATP) Programme for its Unified Contact Centre Enterprise (UCCE) solution. The announcement follows Intact’s recent success in achieving Cisco’s ‘Advanced Unified Communications Specialisation’ certification, and confirms Intact as a global provider of best practice Cisco-related services – particularly in the complex arena of enterprise-class IP-based networking solutions.
Cisco’s ATP Programme is invitation only, and selection by Cisco confirms Intact’s proven ability to support partners with intelligent call routing, network-to-desktop computer telephony integration, and contact management solutions to enterprise agents across an IP-based network. As part of the rigorous ATP confirmation process, Intact had to demonstrate its Unified Contact Centre Enterprise credentials, including a demonstration of its comprehensive UCCE lab resources, and confirmation of the company’s full complement of UCCE personnel covering account management, systems engineers, project managers, deployment engineers, applications consultants and technical support engineers. ATP Programme selection also confirms that Intact has invested significantly in the 400 plus hours of training needed to achieve UCCE ATP Programme certification.
