Intact secures Advanced Unified Communications Specialisation from Cisco
Confirms Intact as channel centre of excellence for UC project support and expertiseIntact Integrated Services, the partner-focused independent provider of international project, support and managed services solutions to the ICT industry, announced today that it has secured ‘Advanced Unified Communications Specialisation’ certification from Cisco®. This specialist accreditation recognises Intact’s in-depth expertise in UC technologies, and confirms Intact as fulfilling all the training requirements and UC program prerequisites needed to support its Channel Partner customers in the sale, deployment and support of comprehensive Cisco Unified Communications solutions.
Following its transfer out of the Logicalis Group last year, Intact has already secured Cisco Registered Partner status, and was selected as the 2009 European Service Innovation Partner of the Year by Cisco. A key part of the Intact proposition is its in-depth expertise in the development and implementation of innovative solutions based on Cisco’s Advanced Technology offerings, including Unified Communications, Wireless, Security and Telepresence deployments.

Cisco Advanced Unified Communications Specialised Partners are specialists in building solutions based on the industry-leading Cisco Unified Communications portfolio. Cisco resale partner specialisations – SMB, Advanced and Master – reflect an increasing depth of sales, technical and service expertise in particular technologies.
