Intact establishes new Singapore operation to support Managed Services growth across Asia Pacific region
Leading partner-focused provider of ICT services positions to support growing regional demand for IP telephony, managed LAN and Cisco skillsIntact Integrated Services, the partner-focused independent provider of international project, support and managed services solutions to the ICT industry, has established a new Singapore-based operation to support the development of the company’s business across the Asia Pacific region. Intact Integrated Services Pte Ltd will build on Intact’s existing success in Singapore providing Cisco-focused Managed Services support to major international organisations. The new Singapore company will be investing in specialist premises and local engineering expertise, and recruiting further business development and project management staff to support continued business growth across the region.
Intact’s distinctive INSPAN services infrastructure approach integrates the skills and capabilities of best-of-breed channel partners, across different countries, to create an active international Cisco services ecosystem. Intact’s INSPAN model allows the company to support its customers with an operational delivery capability that combines local ‘best-of-breed’ support and engineering resources with the discipline and infrastructure of Intact’s award-winning global Managed Service Centre approach.

Intact Integrated Services Pte Ltd will serve as the centralised regional sales hub for Intact’s Asia Pacific business, and will also provide the necessary technical and logistics support to the company’s customers and partners from across the region. All Intact services activities will be backed by the company’s comprehensive ‘QA wrapping’ process and Integrated Management System (IMS), and supported by Intact’s powerful support infrastructure that includes specialist Managed Service Centres as well as an innovative best practice international technical service desk facility.
