Intact signs up 75th international support and delivery partner to its INSPAN global support network
• Strengthens Intact’s support operations around global provision of services and solutions based around Cisco’s Advanced Technologies Intact Integrated Services, a leading independent provider of international project, support and managed services solutions to the ICT industry, has signed up the 75th member of its INSPAN next generation global support network. Intact’s INSPAN infrastructure integrates the skills and capabilities of its best-of-breed channel partners in five continents to create an active international Cisco services ecosystem across key global markets.
Intact’s INSPAN partner network has grown impressively over the last three years, and now covers over 100 countries around the world. INSPAN partners allow Intact to offer an operational delivery capability that combines local ‘best-of-breed’ support and engineering resources with the discipline and infrastructure of Intact’s global Managed Service Centre approach.
“We’re delighted to have reached our 75th INSPAN partner milestone so quickly, and look forward to further expanding our network over the coming months, and continuing to provide channel partners and their customers with access to one of the strongest Cisco-focused engineering teams available anywhere,” commented Intact Integrated Services’ Managing Director, Bob Dalton. “We’ve developed our INSPAN partner network to overcome the service delivery barriers experienced by customers of traditional global support offerings. Individual partners can join the INSPAN programme following approval by Intact’s INSPect audit and accreditation programme, and all partner activities are fully controlled for quality and consistency by Intact’s comprehensive ‘QA wrapping’ process and Integrated Management System (IMS). Intact’s portfolio of international INSPAN services are supported by the company’s powerful support infrastructure that includes specialist Managed Service Centres as well as an innovative best practice INCONTACT international technical service desk facility based in Berlin, Germany.
