Intact launches INDesign Centre of Excellence for its Cisco network infrastructure design activities
- Leading Cisco Service Extension partner to offer capability for the production of optimised Cisco high level, mid level and low level network infrastructure designs.
INDesign will leverage Intact’s proven design capabilities to provide partners with a distinctive design delivery service backed by the highest standards of governance, process and quality.
Partners implementing major Cisco-based LAN, WAN, IPT and WLAN network infrastructure solutions for their customers will be provided with end-to-end support. Intact will engage with them from the initial customer needs identification process, through pre-sales support and project definition to production. INDesign can produce high level network topology designs, mid-level designs for hardware selection and capacity definition, and the low-level designs that define precise end-user site deployments. Intact will also provide expert advice on technical network infrastructure design, as well as standardised documentation for large-scale projects.

INDesign also maps all its design and advice activities to Cisco’s standard PPDIOO – Plan, Prepare, Design, Implement, Operate, Optimise – process.
