We are committed to achieving the highest standards in all that we do. This extends to not only the application of our technical skills and resources, but to our entire engagement and service delivery model, ensuring that excellence is the only acceptable standard.

In order to achieve this, we have developed a culture and philosophy within our business that is embraced and embodied by all our staff and employees, from senior management downwards.  Creating and enabling the right environment sets the framework for the pursuit of excellence, but at an operational level we have to focus on ensuring the highest standards apply to the key cornerstones, or the  “4 P’s” of our business in order achieve this goal:

Intact IS are committed to best practice and subscribe to the key principles of established best practice models including ITIL, PRINCE2 and Six Sigma.

We operate a Continuous Service Improvement Plan (CSIP) which ensures that we constantly strive to improve all aspects of our business.  We gladly receive feedback and observations from our key vendors and partners, review customer satisfaction scoring and conduct internal audits, as well as being subjected to formal external audit from various sources.  All of these inputs are collated and managed centrally via the CSIP, giving us the ability to change where we need to and ensure that neither complacency nor static behavior diverts us from our commitment to excellence.
