Bob Dalton CEO, IIS Group
Bob has worked in the IT services industry for 25 years, firstly as an engineer, and for the last 15 years or so in management roles. His strengths have always been in managing problems and communicating with people. He has worked in both large and small ICT integration businesses, both in the UK and the US, in senior management positions.
Alan Pett VP of Service Operations
Alan has 20 years' experience gained in a variety of both very large and very small organisations, but all in the realm of ICT support and professional services. His previous roles have included contracts and commercial management, responsibility for service delivery and as operations director.
“Intact Integrated Services (IIS) is the only organisation I have worked for who have got the balance right in terms of client focus, creative thinking, commercial sensibility and flexibility, but all within a controlled framework, ensuring consistent quality and a dedication to professionalism which allows people to perform to their best. It is this balance which will ensure that Intact will continue to be successful and also meet my personal aspirations and ideals of how a business should operate.”
Alan Rosser Director of Global Solutions
‘“I have worked for the largest companies in the world, as well as a very small focused consultancy – it seems that IIS have taken the best constituent parts of those cultures to create a truly unique environment for both our employees and above all, our customers: Intact's principles are based on quality, which underpin all business operations and systems – this allows us to engage quickly and seamlessly with corporate partners; these processes are a mechanism to allow our greatest asset, our people, to operate at an optimum level. It is these people who demonstrate the kind of reactivity, passion and creativity that make Intact so unique – the blend of process versus flexibility makes Intact a great place to work and this straightforward approach leads to trusted relationships with our customers – and satisfied customers leads directly to profitability.”
Tony Butler Chief Technology Officer
Tony joined Intact IS at the birth of the company 4 years ago. He brought with him 16 years experience in the IT Services industry in a variety of roles.
“I have experience in a number of challenging and varied services roles but the most exciting thing about this role is being part of a team that delivers difficult things very well. Intact allows me to push the boundaries of technology while consistently matching business requirements.
A technology services company like Intact IS needs a technical focal point to keep it from drifting aimlessly between every vendor with the latest bit of tin and often hollow forecasts. As CTO at a company like this I believe it’s extremely important to keep people on target technically and provide a sounding board as to whether we are moving in the right direction. I believe intelligence is the essence and foundation of all successful actions. My role is to harness that intelligence and through careful planning, positioning and innovation we will continue to create something special."
Christian Reichert Managing Director, Intact Integrated Services GmbH
Christian has 14 year’s industry experience and most recently has been Managing Director for Resolution GmbH since 1998, as well as managing a number of ICT projects for ISPs since 1995, becoming the founding member of the first commercial ISP in the County of Saarland in Germany.
A highly experienced engineer, Christian was once the youngest ever qualified Cisco CCIE in the world, and has worked in both technical and managerial roles for Service Providers, Integrators and enterprises across Europe.
“I believe Intact’s success stems from having a profound understanding of our customers’ business requirements, and marrying this with a deep technical understanding, to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. As a manager, I understand our best asset lies with the qualities, motivation and experience of our people, and investing in their training and development is as important to me as it is to keep them challenged and interested - they are the best guarantee for our great future”.
Simon Howard-Johnson Vice President, Sales
Simon Howard-Johnson’s career in the IT and communications industry spans over 17 years. He joined Intact IS from the Dutch ICT solutions and services company Getronics. His role as Global Client Director meant he was heavily involved in the development and growth of the International services business.
Prior to Getronics Simon worked for Compaq/HP in their managed services division, and before that, SEMA Group.
Simon comments “I was first attracted to Intact IS because of the range of services it provides and its international capabilities. To ensure Intact delivers the most efficient and effective portfolio of services, it needs to understand the challenges in the market today. By aligning the business closely to that of customer’s and leveraging Intact’s global service capabilities, we will increase customer satisfaction and market share.
Today, I relish the opportunity to directly influence our customer relations, based on the professional support we deliver, and build both long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.”
